Production Process

Automatic Cutting
The CNC machine tool used for automatic cutting can cut out very precise shapes according to the drawings, with an error of no more than 0.02mm, which ensures that the electric furnaces of Vulcan Furnace Industry have a beautiful appearance and are durable.

Folding Machine
Microcomputer control, safe production and protection. Set up the data sheet according to the drawing, then fold the steel plate into the specified angle. All these components form the frame of the Vulcan electric stove.

Welding
Precision welding, the different parts of the electric furnace are welded together, the weld seam is beautiful and reliable, and all have been polished and polished many times.

Epoxy Resin Spraying
Epoxy resin spraying with thickness up to the standard can accept a variety of color customization, waterproof and anti-corrosion, the surface is very good, and the color can be maintained for a long time.

Installation & Commissioning
Install high-quality heating elements, chambers, and wires into the furnace step by step according to the standard operating procedure for electric furnace installation. The display screen can adjust the program to English or Chinese according to customer needs.

Completed
Vulcan furnace has a strong mass production capacity and design level, and can manufacture different types of furnaces from small to large. The temperature is from 800-3600 degrees Celsius.

Package
Vulcan Furnaces has extensive experience in the packaging of electric furnaces. Heating elements that are too brittle will be individually packaged to avoid damage during transportation. The packaging includes shock-absorbing air bubble pads, wooden pallets, steel frame pallets, plywood wooden boxes, etc.
